Flow-PDF Commercial License Copyright (c) 2026 Garif Labs This license applies to the Flow-PDF software and other materials owned by Garif Labs in this repository or package. It does not replace or limit the licenses for third-party components, which retain their own terms and notices. 1. Evaluation You may use Flow-PDF free of charge for development, testing, and internal evaluation. Evaluation use must not generate documents for operational or customer use. Evaluation output is not licensed for those uses. 2. Production license Production use requires a one-time USD 49 license for one identified application. An application is one identifiable software product, including its related components, services, environments, and replicas. Independent products require separate licenses. The license permits unlimited deployments, instances, and documents for the licensed application. Its users and customers, including SaaS end users, do not need separate licenses merely to use that application. You may distribute Flow-PDF compiled within the licensed application. Resale or distribution as a standalone SDK or library requires permission from Garif Labs. The license is perpetual for each version obtained under it, including versions obtained during the 12 months after purchase. After that period, you may renew updates optionally. This does not promise access to all future versions or unlimited personal support. Garif Labs claims no ownership of your inputs or documents generated with Flow-PDF. 3. Earlier grants This license does not revoke rights already granted for a copy under an earlier license. 4. Warranty and liability Flow-PDF is provided "AS IS", without warranties or conditions of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the extent permitted by law, Garif Labs is not liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from use of the software. Possession of a repository checkout or package does not by itself prove that a Production license was purchased. Runtime license-key checks and evaluation watermarks are implemented as technical controls; these terms also apply contractually.
